1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Changehook API service.

2. Service Description

B2B only. Prices exclude VAT. VAT reverse-charged according to §13b UStG. Changehook provides an API-based website change monitoring service. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees.

3. Credits

Usage of the service is based on credits. Each API check consumes credits depending on the features used. Available credits are displayed via the API.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via external payment providers. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Limits and Suspension

If credit limits are exceeded, requests may be blocked until credits are renewed or repurchased.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access to remaining credits may be limited after termination.

8. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
